Twenty Three Press (TTP)

Because all products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer, please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom Orders

All sales are final on custom and personalized items. Due to the nature of custom printing, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a design has been approved and production has begun.

Design Approval

Customers will receive a digital mockup within 24–48 hours after purchase (when applicable). It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review all design details, including:

  • Spelling
  • Names
  • Dates
  • Colors
  • Images
  • Placement
  • Sizing

Once a mockup has been approved, no changes can be made, and no refunds will be issued.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before a mockup has been created or production has started. Approved cancellations may be subject to a design or administrative fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Twenty Three Press, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@twentythreecustoms.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A description of the issue

If the issue is determined to be our error, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

Shipping Issues

Twenty Three Press is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after they have been marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for verifying their shipping information before completing checkout.

Color Variations

Actual printed colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on screens due to monitor settings, printing processes, and material differences. These variations do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
