Thank you for choosing Twenty Three Press! We take pride in creating custom products tailored specifically to your needs. Please review our shipping and pickup policy below.
Processing Times
All custom orders require design approval before production begins.
- Digital mockups are typically sent within 24–48 hours after purchase.
- Once the mockup is approved, production begins.
- Standard processing time is 3–5 business days after design approval.
- Processing times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or for large orders.
Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.
Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.
- Customers will receive tracking information via email once their order has shipped.
- Shipping delivery times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Estimated Shipping Times
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Available upon request for an additional fee
Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person.
- Customers will be notified when their order is complete and ready for pickup.
- Pickup is available by appointment only.
- Please bring your order confirmation when picking up your order.
Orders will not be available for pickup until you receive a pickup notification.
Rush Orders
Rush production may be available for select orders depending on workload and product type.
- Rush fees apply.
- Contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, Twenty Three Press is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Holidays
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is submitted:
- Additional shipping charges may apply.
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Twenty Three Press is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim when applicable.
