Welcome to Twenty Three Press ("TTP," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or purchasing products from Twenty Three Press, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this website and place orders.

2. Custom Products & Design Approval

Twenty Three Press specializes in custom-made and personalized products.

  • Customers may receive a digital mockup for approval before production begins.
  • Mockups are typically provided within 24–48 hours of purchase when applicable.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all artwork, spelling, dates, colors, sizing, and design details.
  • Once a mockup is approved, production will begin.
  • No changes may be made after approval unless otherwise agreed upon by TTP.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors or technical issues.

4. Processing Times

  • Standard processing time is 3–5 business days after design approval.
  • Processing times are estimates and may vary due to order volume, holidays, equipment maintenance, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Shipping times are separate from production times.

5. Shipping & Local Pickup

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • TTP is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.
  • Local pickup may be available for eligible orders and must be scheduled after notification that the order is complete.

6. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Because products are custom-made specifically for each customer:

  • All custom sales are final.
  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided once production has started.
  • No refunds will be issued after mockup approval.
  • If an order is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by TTP, customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details.

Approved claims may result in a replacement at our discretion.

7. Customer-Provided Artwork & Content

By submitting logos, images, designs, text, or other content, you represent that:

  • You own the rights to the content, or
  • You have obtained permission to use it.

Customers assume full responsibility for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property claims arising from submitted materials.

Twenty Three Press reserves the right to refuse any design that may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, or community standards.

8. Order Refusal & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Inappropriate or offensive content
  • Intellectual property concerns
  • Pricing errors
  • Product availability issues

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twenty Three Press shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use of this website
  • Product delays
  • Shipping delays
  • Customer-provided content
  • Lost profits or business interruption

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected order.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Attempt unauthorized access to website systems
  • Upload viruses, malware, or harmful content
  • Interfere with the operation of the website
